Go to Settings ==> Wi-Fi & network ==> SIM & network ==> SIM 1 (Vodafone) ==> enable Wi-Fi Calling (it's in the middle of the screen)

Go to the Settings > Wi-Fi & Network > SIM & Network > SIM 1> Scroll down to the Enhanced Communications > Enable WiFi calling toggle.

You can find it under Settings => WiFi & Network => SIM & Network => Select your SIM (ie SIM1) => Enable WiFi Calling under Enhanced Communication.
